HomeLine FLEX: a HELOC that gives you the flexibility to tap into your home’s equity more than once, on an as needed basis, and you only make payments on the portion of the loan you use. It also allows you to decide between fixed and variable rates when you withdraw the funds.
HomeFree FLEX: a HELOC that features a variable rate home equity line of credit, with the initial advance being locked into a fixed first mortgage. As you repay the principal on the fixed loan, money becomes available again on the variable HELOC.
