Protect yourself and your account!
Horizon is always doing everything we can to protect your accounts from fraudulent activity. That’s why we wanted to remind you about potential phishing attempts. Phishing is a technique used to gain personal information for purposes of identity theft, using fraudulent e-mail messages or Web sites that appear to come from legitimate businesses. For this reason, under no circumstances will Horizon contact you by e-mail and ask you to log in and confirm your account number and password. For good measure, be sure to check that you are on Horizon’s website (https://www.hzcu.org) before you enter your member information. If you have questions regarding the authenticity of an e-mail, Website, phone call or text message please call us at 1-800-852-5316 or e-mail phishing@hzcu.org.
