Keep your Holiday’s jolly this season by making sure you protect your personal and financial information!

If you receive a call asking for information concerning your financial accounts or your personal information and you are suspicious of their intent, here are 3 steps to follow to make sure you aren’t being phished:

  1. Tell the caller you are concerned about phishing.
  2.  Ask the caller for their name, the department they work in and their extension.
  3. Tell the Caller you will call them back using the phone number found on the back of your institution issued credit card, debit card or member card. (DO NOT call them back on the phone number they provide or the one the caller called from)
