This Holiday Skip-a-Pay Service is for payments due 11/01/23 - 01/31/24 if qualification criteria is met. You may choose to skip one month payment per qualifying loan.
This service is not eligible for Mortgage, lines of credit, Visa credit cards, first time loan payments, and loans that are currently delinquent.
Skip request may be submitted when payment is due within 35 days but no later than 5 days prior to your due date during this period.
Please note that the $35 fee is required at the time of the skip request processed after logging into this site.
This service may also not be eligible for loans that have had a skip or loan modification within the past 12 months.
