- Trying logging in to online banking using your browser before downloading the app

- Visit any of our convenient branch locations
- Check your mail and email for communications containing important information and instructions to access your accounts

Tips for Logging On
- Click the Log In button, instead of Register
- Your username is your new Horizon member number (91 + your old Icon number)
- Your temporary password was emailed to you last week (If you have not received it please call us at 800.852.5316)
- Log in via the desktop before downloading the mobile app
- If you use both online and telephone banking, log in to online banking first
