We Will Be Closed


We are welcoming our new friends from Icon Credit Union to the Horizon family! The merger was official August 1, 2020 and expands Horizon's service area to La Grande, OR and Boise, ID. The next step is to combine our member data systems so all members have access to the same services and receive a consistent experience no matter which branch they visit or services they use.

We'll be closing down early to begin the process of migrating Icon account holders to Horizon's systems. There will be some services unavailable or with limited access during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

October 30 – November 1

Horizon will be closing at 3 pm PT | 4 pm MT.
Icon branches will close at 2 pm MT | 1 pm PT.
Regular hours will resume Monday, November 2.

What Does This Mean For You?

Once the transition is complete, Horizon and Icon members will have access to branches from La Grande, OR to Boise, ID to Ephrata, WA all the way to Butte, MT!

Debit and Credit Cards

Your debit and credit cards will continue to work normally for purchases and authorizations over the weekend. However, payments and deposits received after the following times will not be applied until Monday, November 2:

Horizon - after 3 pm PT | 4 pm MT
Icon - after 1 pm PT | 2 pm MT

Take-away: Be sure to make important or large purchases before Friday, October 30 or after Monday, November 2 to avoid any potential problems with purchases.


ATMs at both Horizon and Icon branches may be offline for periods of time beginning at 1 pm PT / 2 pm MT through Sunday, November 1. You will still be able to access your funds through other CO-OP Network ATMs and point of sale (POS) locations. Please note that ATM screens may look operational and will not display a notice that they are not available for use.

Take-away: To get cash, use your debit card when making purchases and select cash back. Or use any CO-OP Network ATM besides those located at a Horizon or Icon branch. Click here to find an ATM near you.

Online & Mobile Banking

All online and mobile banking services such as: balances, transfers, mobile deposit, bill pay, etc will be unavailable over the weekend.

  • Icon members - please note that the last date for mobile deposits through Icon's app is 10 pm MT, Thursday, October 29.

Take-away: Check your balances; schedule bills, payments and transfers; and make your mobile deposits early on Friday or starting on Monday, November 2.
