Coming Up – Go. Give. Grow. 2025
Go. Give. Grow. is back on Tuesday, September 16, 2025! On Go. Give. Grow. day, Horizon closes early and sends the entire team to volunteer at local charities. From food pantries to educational support programs, we’ll be pitching in throughout the four states where we live and work. Don’t be shy if you spot us out and about – say hello!
Go.
We put people over profits. One way we do this is by volunteering in our communities and by supporting organizations that make a positive impact in people’s everyday lives.
Though Go. Give. Grow. is our biggest service event of the year, volunteering isn’t a one-day thing at Horizon. Every employee gets 24 hours of paid volunteer time each year to use for causes they care about. And those who go above and beyond with 100+ hours of service earn a $500 donation to the nonprofit of their choice. Pretty awesome, right?
Give.
Our corporate volunteer efforts focus on three key pillars: health, hunger and education. On September 16, we’ll be partnering with 22 different organizations that help people with these challenges.
Grow.
When we first started Go. Give. Grow in 2018 we served at 13 different locations. Last year, we volunteered over 1,400 hours at 20 different locations. We’re hoping to top that this year and in the future!
