Meet Horizon’s Fantastic Financial Calculators

Math can be hard.

For some of us anyway. Regardless of your mathematical aptitude, it’s easy to see that calculators make life a little easier. Especially when it comes to money!

To help you on your financial journey, Horizon Credit Union offers over 80 different online calculators made for a variety of situations. For example, one calculator helps you determine if your retirement savings are on track. Another helps you calculate a car payment and still another can spit out home affordability ratios to assist you when buying a home. These calculators are super convenient and easy to use. Best of all, they’re free!

Where Can I Find These Calculators?

You can access all 80+ calculators through Horizon’s Knowledge Hub. The Knowledge Hub is a free online financial education resource that’s available to anyone. You’ll find the Knowledge Hub by clicking the Resource Center dropdown on the HZCU website. Be sure to check out our Financial Training Ground, another free resource, while you’re there!  

How Do They Work?

Just enter the required details and the calculator will do the rest. For example, if you’re calculating a loan payment the calculator will ask you for the loan amount, term and interest rate. Once you plug these numbers in the calculator will show you your monthly payment and a loan payoff schedule! With our handy calculators you can save time and get instant, accurate data about your money.
