Orchard Branch Boise Remodel

If you bank at our Orchard branch, you may have noticed it’s due for an update. That’s why on Aug. 1, we’re starting a remodel! The project involves removing the existing building and constructing a new one with some major improvements.

Because this is a full rebuild, the Orchard branch will be temporarily closed through construction. The location is expected to reopen in early 2027.

What to expect from the remodel

The new Orchard branch will feature:

Extended 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. service hours via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)
An enhanced drive‑up area with multiple ATMs
A spacious and more inviting lobby
Private meeting spaces for financial conversations

These updates are intended to give members more flexibility and make in‑person visits more convenient.

What’s an ITM?

Interactive Teller Machines work like a traditional ATM when you want them to. Or you can choose to video call with a Horizon team member. This allows you to complete many of the same transactions you could inside a branch without leaving your car. You’ll also get longer service hours, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Where to go while the Orchard branch is closed

During construction, members can still get friendly, in‑person service at nearby Horizon branches:
