Our biggest community service event of the year
On Go. Give. Grow. day, Horizon closes early and sends all employees to volunteer at local charities. It’s a special way to get everyone involved and put our CORE values—Capability, Optimism, Responsibility and Empathy—into action.
We focus our efforts in three main areas: health, hunger and education. With over 350 employees volunteering in a single day, Go. Give. Grow. is consistently our most impactful event of the year.

All branches will close at noon as we volunteer at local organizations in-person and remotely.
We’ll be out and about supporting local non-profits across all four states we serve. If you see us, be sure to say hi!

Health, hunger and education
Health, hunger and education—they’re the three pillars we use to guide our volunteering efforts.
On Sept. 15 we’re improving the health of our communities by volunteering at local organizations dedicated to food and housing insecurity.
Grow.

Last year over 350 employees volunteered at 22 organizations giving more than 1,400 hours of volunteer time.
Every year we’re committed to increasing the scope of our impact. We’re excited to see the difference we can make this year!
