Skip-A-Pay may be used once per eligible loan between November 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024.Log in to request your skip at least 5 days, but not more than 35 days before your due date.
*This skip pay request can only be accepted online. If you do not have online access, please visit your local branch for assistance. If you are experiencing financial difficulties due to hardship, please contact us by phone or visit your local branch as you may qualify for other options.
**Participation in Skip-A-Pay requires a $35 fee per loan, due at the time the skip request is submitted. Home loans, lines of credit, Visa® credit cards, first time loan payments and loans that have had a skip or loan modification since Feb 1, 2023 are not eligible. Other restrictions may apply.
