At Memorial Stadium, you’ll find families sharing laughs, kids chasing foul balls, and neighbors coming together to enjoy America’s favorite pastime. It’s a tradition that never gets old, and we’re proud to support it. Our partnership with the Boise Hawks is one of the many ways we connect with and serve communities across Idaho.

Who are the Boise Hawks?

The Boise Hawks are a Minor League Baseball team based in the Treasure Valley. With a history that goes back decades, the Hawks have become a summer staple for Boise-area residents. They’re known for their laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere and creative events. From themed nights to postgame fireworks, every game brings something a little different. Whether you’re a longtime baseball fan or attending your first game, there’s something for everyone at the ballpark.

“Boise Hawks games are an amazing family experience,” says Amber Dolphin-King, Horizon sales and service administrator in the Treasure Valley. “Fun, interactive, and full of hometown energy. Our favorite part is the incredible Friday night fireworks and Horizon’s 7th inning stretch. It’s always great to see the community come together while the kids stay engaged from start to finish.”

Horizon’s relationship with the Boise Hawks began with Icon Credit Union in 2018. Icon merged with Horizon in 2020, and our partnership with the team has been going strong ever since. If you go to a Hawks game, you’ll see the Horizon sign on the outfield wall and hear us during in-game announcements. We sponsor the 7th inning stretch at every home game, and throughout the season we take part in promotions, giveaways and special events.
