There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to helping members achieve their dreams. Instead, we cater to you personally. Here are a few ways we show up for our members:

At your local branch

Over the years, Horizon has expanded across Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Montana. We now operate 28 locations in cities across our region including Spokane, Boise and Missoula. Members can also access 30,000+ partnering ATMs nationwide.

You’ll be greeted by friendly Horizon team members at every branch. From simple transactions to detailed guidance, we’re ready to assist with your financial needs. Stop in and say hi!

Members can also use our interactive teller machines, or ITMs. These connect you with a real person without you having to get out of your car. At an ITM, you can do just about everything you can do with a teller in a branch. ITMs are open for extended hours, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time on weekdays.

With digital banking, you have everything you need to move money, make payments, check balances, track spending, budget and more. Access digital banking right from your phone with the Horizon app or log in on your desktop browser. Either way, it’s available 24/7, so you can do what you want with your money when you want.

Digital banking isn’t just about convenience. We offer card controls and alerts to help avoid fraud and manage spending. These extra layers of protection give you more peace of mind when it comes to your money.

Horizon supports local communities through corporate giving and volunteering—and we’re not just saying that. Horizon employees get 24 hours of paid time off annually to volunteer with charities of their choice. With over 350 employees, the volunteer time adds up!

Each year, Horizon also hosts a service day called Go. Give. Grow. Branches close early to send all employees, leaders and board members out to volunteer. It’s one of our favorite days of the year!

On Go. Give. Grow. day, you might spot us stocking shelves at a local food bank, painting and cleaning for a local charity or assembling meal kits for hungry students. Projects vary, but we always focus on three main pillars: health, hunger and education.
