What’s Changing in Digital Banking?

Digital banking is getting a refresh, both online and in the app. The update modernizes the look and feel, makes popular features easier to access and allows members to customize their account.

So what’s new?

These are the big changes we’ve made. Things will look a little different, but everything you need is still available!

  • Custom greeting: You can now choose how you’re greeted when you log in — whether it’s your full name, nickname or something else.
  • Redesigned login screen: A more modern and welcoming sign-in experience with faster access to commonly used features and a simplified layout.
  • Updated accounts and account history screens: View your balances and recent transactions clearly with simplified, intuitive layouts and improved readability.
  • Quick action buttons: Access Transfers, Card Controls, Apply and Rates, all with one click.
  • Customizable widgets: Members can personalize their widget stack, choosing what they want to see and removing which options they don’t want to see.
